OYSTER DRESS is a feminine body-hugging dress with a skirt with a mini, midi or maxi length and frill edges. The dress is worked in stockinette stitch from the top-down.

First, stitches are cast on for the shoulders. There are set-in sleeve increases as well as increases for the neckline. The front is then worked flat with increases for the set-in sleeves. Stitches are cast on for the back and the dress is knitted in the round with raglan increases. Both the body and sleeves are knitted in the round. Frills are made for both parts as well.
