LIMONCELLO TOP is a lightweight top featuring a deep neckline, an open back, and tie details.

The top is worked from the top down. Each cup is worked separately, flat in stockinette stitch while increasing to shape the cups. Stitches are then cast on for the back, and the cups are joined.

A folded casing is worked beneath the bust to hold the tie. The body is then worked flat to the desired length.

The top is finished with applied i-cord edging around the cups and i-cord straps.

To fit bust circumference: 75–85 (85–95) 95–105 (105–115) 115–125 (125–135) cm.

Because the top is adjustable at the underbust with the tie, it does not have a fixed finished circumference. Choose your size based on your full bust measurement.

The model is wearing a size 2 and has an 86 cm bust circumference.

Yarn: 1 strand of Mellow by Ullen Yarns (50g = 125m) or

1 strand Pure Silk (50g = 250m) by Knitting for Olive.

The white sample is worked in Mellow in the colour Vanilla. The blue sample is worked in Pure Silk in the colour Dusty Dove Blue.

Gauge: 24 stitches and 30 rows in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles = 10 × 10 cm after blocking.

If you have fewer than 24 stitches over 10 cm, change to a smaller needle. If you have more than 24 stitches over 10 cm, change to a larger needle.
