Construction

Syrup Sweater is the perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, stockinette and cables.

The sweater begins with the back yoke, which is worked flat and shaped with subtle increases that flow into a charted pattern of knits, purls, and cables. From there, the front yokes are picked up at the shoulders, with increases worked to shape the neckline. Once the yokes are joined, the body is worked seamlessly in the round.

The sleeves are picked up and also knitted in the round, all finished neatly with ribbing at the hem and cuffs. Lastly, the neckline is picked up, worked, and folded in for a polished finish.
